Shipping Locations

At Stylish Home & Garden, as of February 8th 2026, we ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states (Alaska and Hawaii included).

We currently do NOT ship to:

  • US Territories (Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, etc.)
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
  • PO Boxes (for certain large items)

Why US-Only Shipping?

We've made the strategic decision to focus exclusively on domestic shipping to ensure we can provide you with:

We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed. 

We partner with established fulfillment networks to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Your items may ship from different warehouses depending on availability, and packages may arrive with our partner's branding. What matters most to us is that your beautiful new pieces arrive safely and on time!

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 Here are the estimated delivery dates after completing your purchase:

* US 5-8 Business Days ( We will try to expedite it as much as possible)  Please allow up to 12 business days during peak periods or high order volume.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur (natural disasters, pandemics, situations out of the seller’s control). 

Shipping times begin after order processing (1-2 business days)

Alaska and Hawaii: Add 2-4 business days to standard shipping times

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

As soon as a tracking number is available, it will be added to your order details. You will be notified via email so that you can keep track of the delivery status every step of the way. You can also track the progress of your shipment here.

Damages

If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at stylishhomegarden@gmail.com right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at stylishhomegarden@gmail.com or using our Contact Us page. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at stylishhomegarden@gmail.com within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Non-returnable Items

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
